El trato del personal, concretamente las tres recepcionistas que nos han atendido. Quiero hacer constar su familiaridad y simpatía sin abandonar en ningún momento el respeto y la buena educación. Me sorprendió gratamente su conocimiento de la zona, ya que nos resolvieron todas las dudas que tuvimos lo cual facilitó nuestras visitas y desplazamientos. we thought the hotel was superb, the building was full of character yet the rooms were extremely comfortable and well equipped. The staff were lovely, they even made us a coffee when we arrived. We would definitely stay there again6.07.2008
